Shipping Policy

Once you place an order, we start   processing  order for  shipment   immediately and we are unable  to make   changes to,   cancel, or alter your order. 

You   will   receive   a     shipment   confirmation within  1-3 business days. Depending  on where you live  shipping  takes 2-5 days  shipped   via our logistics partners. 

Please   enter   your   address  carefully  as  we can   not   make   changes   once  you     have confirmed    the  order . 

Mayurpankh Handmade  is   not   responsible for  lost packages  due  to  incorrect addresses provided by customer. 

Customers   are  responsible for   packages as soon  as  the    enter    the    logistics    partners system. If   there is an issue  with  your package once it is in logistics hands, you most contact your courior partners office for help. 

Once we hand over to logistics partners it is out of our control and we can not help you! If your tracking   email says  your package   has been delivered and you can't find it Or  your package is delayed,  please  call  your   local     courior partner which ever is carrying your order and they can help your track it down most of the time.
